TYPES OF MEN'S FITNESS FOR A BALANCED WORKOUT

Balanced workout for men
Fitness for men, as with women's fitness, is usually composed of various exercises, most of which are aimed at building a leaner and stronger physique. If a man wants to get fit, proper exercise is a must. However, the fitness program must depend on the requirements and goals of each individual and cannot depend on a ‘one size fits all' formula.
Men exercise for varied reasons and thus resort to different ways of doing so. Some men simply need walking, biking or swimming to achieve their weight loss goals. Some men require more than just these, especially if the man's fitness goal is building stronger muscles. Remember that there are different muscles in the body that need toning hence you need to have a specific exercises for the arms, legs and abdomen.
Your fitness program should generally be categorized into three stages:

Aerobic or cardio exercises

These fitness exercises aim to increase the endurance of the cardiovascular area. Our fitness for men program generally encourages improving stamina. Some of these exercises include walking, running, cycling and swimming.

Anaerobic exercises

Anaerobic exercise means high intensity muscular activity that normally lasts for a short period of time. Weight Training, Push-ups, Pull-ups are common examples of anaerobic exercises.
Men's fitness program that includes anaerobic exercises aim at increasing the strength of the muscles, maintain lean muscle mass and reduce body fat. It is especially important to stretch before doing your anaerobic exercise since specific areas on the body are usually targeted during the workout.

Flexibility exercises

Most fitness programs are incorporated with flexibility exercises which basically aim at improving the range of our joints and muscles. The most common flexibility exercise is stretching.
When your fitness goal is to get fit and build muscles, the program must include a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises. This is what we call a balanced fitness program. These exercises improve the body by increasing its ability to burn fat.
Evidently, we all know that burning excess fat is the secret to building, shaping and sculpting muscles ‐ the perennial goal of fitness for men.
